Nitsa is an amazing dog person who has patiently shown me the intricacies of training and preparing my dog for the show ring. Every week, I looked forward to working with her since it was always a combination of being very demanding and being lots of fun. Her ring experience as a handler and judge were invaluable and her advice always very hands-on. She also knows the show circuit inside-out. One phrase of Nitsa that I will remember well is when she repeatedly said to me that my Swissy already knows what to do in the ring, and that it's me the handler that needs to learn how to perform. I might not be a top handler, yet, but I have turned from a nervous insecure handler to a self-confident handler who has fun in the ring and who enjoys to show off his dog. In short, Nitsa is a great teacher and friend who has taught me so much.
